Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Touchline Sports, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Touchline Sports. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or organisation
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content on Touchline Sports, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display that content on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Fees and Payments

Creating a profile, joining teams, and applying to jobs is free. Premium features for clubs and organisations are billed separately. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Touchline Sports is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
